TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

RETURN

Products purchased online on the website www.elleppi.com could be returned within 14 days from the receiving of them, except for the products which have been customized, tailored, modified or created on commition. Concerning these last, it loses every possibility of refund or return.

In case the Customer has purchased from the website www.elleppi.com, he could fill in the return request form online, situated in the personal section "My Account", and send it to the official email info@elleppi.com, together with some photos of the product(s) at issue. If the Elleppi quality control, verified the suitable conditions to the return, agree to the return, the costumer will have to ship the good(s) to the Elleppi location (communicated by email) within 10 days from the confirmation of the return acceptance from the company Elleppi.

When not differently communicated, the costs of return of goods are at the expense of Customers. If the product will be shipped without the tracking number (or if it will not be communicated), Customers will be totally responsible of the goods up until it will arrive at the Elleppi headquarters. It's possibile to request the collection from the company Elleppi, upon its payment as specified on the request email.

In any case, in order to have the refund right of the product price, this should be return intact, in normal state of conservation, packed in his original packaging and completed with every accessories e with everything originally contained in the original package. The return document should be attached to the shipping.

The refund of the purchase price of the Product being returned, will be credited to the subject who finalized the order, through one of the manner employed on the website www.elleppi.com in a congruous deadline, and only following the positive outcome of the quality control of the received product.

In case of the lack of the overlying requirements, the return won't be accepted and the products will be shipped to the sender through assigned carriage. Elleppi reserves itself the right to not refund, or partially refund, products which have been already worn.

The Customer who have purchased a product tailor-made or customized (marked with "Customized") sold on www.elleppi.com won't have the right to refund.

Retail stores couldn't give refund or replace products which have been bought online.

CHANGE MEASURE/STONE

The change of goods could not be made on tailored or customized products (marked respectively with "Tailor-Made" and "Customized"), except for some exceptions, which will must be expressly requested through email to info@elleppi.com and consequently being accepted by the company Elleppi.
